Iranian Offshore Oil Company (IOOC) intends to provide a short list of counsultant through quality evaluation for Core Study and Analysis of IOOC Wells in the persian gulf and Omansea based on information brought in attached Questionary.
 
A- The project consists of an integrated study detailing routine rock properties, special core analysis, reservoir rock description and petrographic analysis based on cores taken from IOOC wells in the Iranian Continental Shelf of the Persian Gulf and Oman sea.
 
B- Tenderers shall submit their Articles of Association and other related documents.

C- To present their resume for last five (5) years specifying name and address of clients and amount of contracts.

D-Companies acquiring minimum 60 points shall be qualified.

E- IOOC shall reserve the right of accepting or rejecting of any/all requests without presenting any reason.

F- The Closing Date for submission of the Questionary shall be on / or prior to Tuesday, 16th March, 2010 and shall be delivered to The Board for Consultant Selection at room # 18 on 9th floor at the following address.

The companies who have ability and are willing to participate in the prequalification are requested to submit a written request enclosing documents substantiating their capability and competences for performing the subject matter such as resume and experiences, Article of Association and the filled in questionaire to above mentioned address.
The prequalification package (questionaire) would be collected at the following address for 7 days as from 24th February, 2010. The Tender Documents will be dispatched to the qualified bidders after evaluation; therefore, disqualified bidders shall have no right to claim against IOOC. IOOC shall not consider Questionaries which are ambiguous or received after expiration of Closing Date.
