According to PIN, making a visit to foreign firms" pavilion the minister pointed out attending the 13th International Oil Exhibition signifies the foreign firms interesting in cooperating with Iran.

He emphasized it was reported that the foreign companies has already started their negotiation with Iranian parties.

"Our priority is to cooperate with foreign firms that are willing to do joint projects with their Iranian partners toward producing the final products within the country.  In case of the need for importation of the new technologies our colleagues are to absorb licenses to pave the way for internal production."

Putting emphasis on the sufficiency of the internal sources for development of main sections of the oil industry and answering the question whether the foreign parties had problems providing the financial sources for the internal projects, the minister asserted: "Deciding seriously to take part in a project, the companies try to examine the conditions thoroughly and then voiced their readiness."

Regarding specification of a part of Mellat Bank financial resources to oil industry, Mr Nozari declared: "I thanked their offer but the two sides are to negotiate on its type."

Responding to the question whether this bank source would be enough for the industry or not, the minister said the ministry would emphasize establishing a bank to work specifically in the field particularly subset industries."
